I will charge commissions upfront. I cannot start on your commission until at least half the total payment has been made. Payment will mainly be through Paypal (USD). Philippine clients can pay via Maya or GCash.

I will be issuing invoices through Paypal (for USD payers). The client has 1 WEEK to answer the invoice. Failure to pay by then will result in your slot being cancelled. NO EXTENSIONS.

Chargebacks will result in legal action.

If you feel the need to pay me higher for a commission, please do not hesitate to give me tips either through Paypal or Ko-fi. Doing so helps me gauge my prices better in the future.

I will not be giving refunds once I have started on the commission. This is for my own personal security as I do not wish to be scammed. If you feel that the current state of your commission is not up to par with your expectations, please let me know ASAP so we can discuss it properly. I will be providing you with regular updates so please let me know during these instances if you want to modify anything.

For those who avail of partial payments, the rest of the payment must be made before the final artwork is sent.

After the work is finished, the client may avail of 2 MINOR EDITS (e.g. color changes, addition of a minor detail, anything that won’t take me more than 20 minutes to fix) for FREE. Major edits will be subject to additional charges of $15 for every hour that it takes me to accomplish the edit. Please discuss this with me as soon as possible after I send the final product.

I reserve the intellectual property rights to my work. Though you are free to use the artwork for personal use, I ask that you provide clearly visible credit for all usages. Please discuss with me first if you wish to alter the finished work in any way. Removal of my watermark without permission and/or improper credit will be subject to a DMCA report.

If you wish to use the work for printing (e.g. stickers, pins, etc.) you are free to do so as long as they’re for personal use only. For commercial use of my art, please refer to item 13.

I retain the rights to use the commission work in my personal portfolio and for public promotion. By default, I will post the finished work on social media at a lower quality, but please let me know beforehand if you do not wish for me to post it online.

Turnaround for each piece will vary on the request, though the average ranges from 2-8 weeks. I will let you know if a piece will take longer. You are free to check up on me if you feel that I have not responded or updated you in a while.

I generally do not do rush work. However, if you want the work to be finished by a certain deadline, please discuss it with me first.

Please contact me for commissions that are for commercial purposes so we can discuss the details further. The same goes for large/multiple commissions. Use in promotional material for VTubers will not count as commercial use UNLESS it will be used in any way in a monetized video/stream.

I have every right to refuse a commission request and I do not owe any client an explanation. I will not accept commission work that supports or promotes discrimination or targeted hate of any kind. I refuse to work with anyone that is part of a group that promotes or engages in these beliefs. I will do background checks on every client to ensure this.

The same applies to pedophilia, incest, child pornography, rape, and harassment. The only instances you will ever see me drawing anything related to these would be in the form of protest art against these, and that falls strictly under personal work. That said, please do not ask me to draw protest art for you.

I will not draw for any NFT/crypto related requests. There will be no exceptions.

Please provide PHOTO REFERENCES for your commission. Textual descriptions are allowed provided that a photo reference is included.
